At Aligna, our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. We have full confidence in the effectiveness of our products, and that's why we offer one of the most comprehensive guarantees on the market: up to 30 days to check the results for yourself.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to see real results. If you have used our product consistently and correctly for the recommended period and have not achieved the expected results, we will refund the full amount of your purchase, without exception.

To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us between day 1 and day 30 from the receipt of your order. Requests submitted outside this timeframe cannot be processed.

How to initiate a request

Write to us at info@orthomiaes.com with your full name and order number. Our team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with instructions and the necessary Return Authorization Number (RAN) to proceed. Shipments without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once the return is authorized, you will have 7 calendar days to send us the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a service with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Required usage documentation

To process the 30-day guarantee, it is essential to prove continuous use of the product for at least 30 days. Our team will review the documentation and reserves the right to request additional information if deemed necessary.

The minimum required documentation is as follows:

  • A video or sequence of photographs showing the use of the product at different stages of the process (beginning, middle, and end of the period), with visible dates or verifiable metadata.
  • A written description of your usage routine: application frequency, duration of each session, and mode of use followed.
  • Comparative before and after photos, taken with consistent lighting and angle.
  • In the case of facial or topical products, indication of other cosmetics used during the same period.

Applicable conditions and limitations:

Aligna will discretionally assess the validity of the evidence provided. Incomplete documentation, undated documentation, documentation with deleted metadata, or documentation of insufficient quality will be grounds for denying the request. No refund will be issued if incorrect use, contrary to product instructions, or intermittent use is detected. Results may vary depending on skin type, health status, lifestyle habits, or other individual factors; the absence of results due to causes unrelated to correct product use does not automatically generate the right to a refund. Aligna may request a verification video call before processing the refund. This guarantee is limited to one request per customer and per address and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless expressly indicated in writing.

Once the product is received and inspected, and the documentation is reviewed, we will process the refund within 3 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within the deadline via info@tryaligna.com indicating your order number.

Conditions for withdrawal

For reasons of health and hygiene protection, products considered for intimate use, including bras, cannot be returned if they have been unsealed, tried on in direct contact with the skin, or used, in accordance with the provisions of article 103.e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Only returns of products that:

Have not been used or tried on in direct contact with the skin
Are in perfect condition
Retain their original packaging and intact hygiene seal

Aligna reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once the return is authorized, the customer will have 7 calendar days to send the product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case of returns that do not fully comply with the conditions (damaged packaging, missing accessories, etc.), a depreciation of up to 30% of the product's value may be applied.

The refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge within the first 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not been processed or shipped. After this period, you must wait to receive the order and exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal if you wish. For cancellations, please contact us at info@tryaligna.com as soon as possible, indicating your order number.

Reservation of Right

Aligna reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with the requirements established in this policy, including out-of-time requests, products with damage due to misuse, insufficient or altered documentation, and shipments made without prior authorization.
